Old Forester Birthday Bourbon is a limited-edition Kentucky straight Bourbon produced at the Old Forester Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Bottled in 2015, this iteration of Old Forester`s annually released Birthday Bourbon underwent an unusually long, six-day fermentation and was matured in an area of the distillery warehouse that exposed the maturation casks to very high temperatures. This has yielded an exceptionally robust Bourbon whiskey with an intense wood-derived flavour profile.
