MouTai Chun Baijiu is a premium, vintage baijiu produced by Kweichao MouTai in Guizhou Province, China. Kweichao MouTai is the most recognisable premium baijiu producer in China. This 1998 bottling offers mellow notes of peanut butter, light soy, and sweet, smoky spices. Velvety and gently sweet, it would make a delicious accompaniment to dim sum or satay.
