M.O.B. Lote 3 Tinto 2022 showcases a blend of Alfrocheiro, Jaen, and Touriga Nacional from the esteemed Dão region of Portugal. The wine underwent vinification in stainless steel vats to maintain purity, followed by 12 months of maturation in used 225-litre oak barrels, allowing for subtle integration of oak influences. The collaborative project involves renowned winemakers Jorge Moreira (Poeira & Quinta de la Rosa), Francisco Olazabal (Quinta do Vale Meao), and Jorge Serôdio Borges(Wine & Soul), each contributing their expertise to craft this expression of Dão`s winemaking heritage.
