Meursault Roulot 2012

Roulot Meursault 2012 is a medium-bodied white Burgundy from the village of Meursault in the Côte de Beaune. Guy Roulot was a trailblazer in Meursault, introducing the concept of single-vineyard bottlings and employing a winemaking approach that emphasised the expression of unique minerality and delicate aromas. His untimely passing in 1982 left a void at the estate. At that time, his son Jean-Marc, who was pursuing a career in acting, stepped forward to lead the domaine and continue his father`s legacy. "The “generic” Meursault 2012 from Roulot is showing all the qualities of the vintage. The bouquet is quite forward offering a quite intense aromatic profile of white and yellow fruits spiced with a quite intense citrus infused minerality.
