With roots tracing back to the 1860s, Domaine des Comtes Lafon is currently overseen by the fourth-generation family member Dominique Lafon. This particular cuvée hails from Les Charmes, one of the most prized Premier Cru vineyards in Meursault. The nose is characterized by flint and dried stones, resonating with vibrant aromas of lemon, lemongrass, and fennel. On the palate, the wine exhibits remarkable minerality, accompanied by piercing, crisp acidity, layers of stones, flint, and a refreshing interplay of lemon and Anjou pear, culminating in a taut, pure, and enduring finish.
