With a rich history that goes back to the 1860s, Domaine des Comtes Lafon is a well-established wine producer based in Meursault. The estate is currently managed by fourth generation family member Dominique Lafon, who inherited the winery from his father René in the mid-1980s. This cuvée hails from Les Charmes, one of Meursault`s largest and best-known Premier Cru vineyards. 2006 was a relatively precocious vintage but the whites have excellent freshness and acidity with good supporting fruit.
