A Margaine Le Brut NV is a Champagne that blends 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, showcasing the terroir of the Montagne de Reims. This blend utilises reserve wines from 2017 to 2020. With an addition of 6g/l dosage, this classic non-vintage Champagne aims to balance its inherent structure with accessibility. Disgorged in October 2022.
The NV Le Brut is a bright, nervy Champagne to drink now and over the next handful of years. This release is based on the 2019 vintage and includes 45% reserve wine dating back to 2014. Lemon peel, crushed rocks, slate, white pepper and lime give this non-vintage offering a ton of brightness. Mostly blocked malolactic fermentation adds to the feeling of tension. Dosage is 7 grams per liter. Disgorged: November, 2021.
