MHV stands for Mankind Heritage Vines and is the relatively new project of Finca La Melonera to recover and showcase the full potential of Andalusian native varieties in the Denominación de Origen Sierras de Malaga. This unique wine is made from a blend of 60% Tintilla de Rota and 40% Romé, and offers up powerful aromas of rich black fruits, Mediterranean herbs, underbrush, spices and dried flowers. It is silky in texture and delightfully fresh, making this an excellent wine to pair with food.
