Makers Mark

Maker`s Mark is a premium Kentucky straight Bourbon whiskey produced at the Maker`s Mark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky. This hugely popular Bourbon is made using red winter wheat instead of rye, and is reportedly distilled to the lowest proof of any US whiskey. Maker`s Mark also use a sour mash process, whereby each new batch of whiskey is made using a portion of the previous batch`s fermented mash. These are factors which contribute to the distinctive flavour and exceptional smoothness of Maker`s Mark Bourbon.
