Mahani is the newest release from Spirit-Brothers, the French drinks company founded in 2020 by Hugues Pietrini. Produced in the high mountains of San Juan del Rio in Oaxaca, Mahani is crafted from the Espadín agave that takes roughly 7 to 8 years to reach maturity. The expression offers notes of honey, green vegetables, macadamia nuts and spices.
