This exclusive 2020 release from Macallan is a peated whisky matured in sherry seasoned oak casks. Presented in a hand crafted black Lalique crystal decanter. On the nose, dark chocolate and cherry character together with vanilla, pear and treacle nuances. Warming wood spices and peaty character on the palate with ginger and fig notes concluding on a lingering peat smoke finish with raisin sweetness.
