Macallan 17 Year Old Cadenheads 1987

Produced at The Macallan in Speyside, this release has been bottled independently by Cadenhead`s. Distilled in 1987, the spirit was laid down to mature in a sherry oak cask for 17 years, resulting in just 630 bottles at a strength of 46% ABV. The nose reveals prominent notes of chocolate, cocoa powder, and rum-soaked raisins, accompanied by hints of oranges and a subtle whisper of aniseed. On the palate, expect a rich interplay of cocoa, cherry syrup, blackcurrants, raisins, and a delightful touch of cinnamon, complemented by cloves.
