The Lugana DOC Riserva Sergio Zenato is a characterful wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana sourced from the oldest vines of the most prestigious vineyard of the Massoni estate. Fermentation takes place in a combination of oak barrels, tonneaux and stainless steel, followed by maturation in oak barrels for around 18 months. It is rich and ripe, offering up notes of ripe stone fruits and honey with more reductive notes of smoke and griddled nuts. This is a great alternative for those that love mid-weight, texturally rich and flavourful Chardonnay.
