Founded by Australian born John Worontschak, here is the 2017 vintage from Litmus Wines. Grown in the Crouch Valley, Essex, the 2017 White Pinot is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes which are gently handled in order to avoid extracting the colour from the grape skins. Pale gold, with hints of peach, smoke, and honeysuckle on the nose. Rich and silky, balanced by a steely backbone of acidity this complex wine. Drinking well at the time of release, this is a wine that will continue to gracefully mature in the years ahead.
