A hedonistic find from Sauternes property, Château Doisy-Daëne, sold in approachable half bottle. The 2013 is produced from a sumptuous blend of 44% Sémillon and 56% Sauvignon Blanc. Sumptuous on the nose with peach skin and minty notes. A hedonistic 210gms/L residual sugar on the palate leads to a long a citrus driven finish.
