On the palate, it`s medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, girdled by incisive acids and enlivened by a pinpoint mousse. - The NV Brut Ultradition is especially fine. The combination of vintages (half 2021 and half reserve wine from 2020 and 2019) and slightly higher dosage (6-8 grams per liter) work so well here. Orchard fruit, dried flowers, spice and mint are some notes that take shape in this wonderfully nuanced, expressive Champagne. Superb. Disgorged: April, 2022.
