Kweichow Maotaizhen`s 9-year-old baijiu is made in the Guizhou province of China. An unflavoured moutai baijiu, this is made from a combination of wheat and sorghum (a type of grain), has been classified with a `sauce` fragrance and has a similar mouthfeel to vodka. Defined by its fresh and sweet aromas of apples and pears, it can be served at room temperature and preferably alongside food.
