This Japanese blended grain whisky was produced by the Helios Distillery on the island of Okinawa. As the name suggests, it has been aged for 20 years, which is a relatively long period of maturation for a Japanese whisky. The nose is multi-layered, with aromas of vanilla, toffee and tropical fruit alongside a hint of smoke. On the palate, expect a smooth and velvety whisky, combining dried fruit, oak and a subtle spiciness. A superb dram that showcases the skill and expertise of the Helios Distillery.
