This is a single vineyard wine produced in the famous region of Kakheti. It is made from local variety, Rkatsiteli, and is fermented with indigenous yeasts in both French oak barriques and stainless steel. It is fragrant and fruity with notes of peach, apricot, dried honey and herbs. Lightly textural, this is an ideal aperitif wine or paired with cheese.
