Founded in 2005, Kilchoman is a small-scale, farm-based distillery located at Rockside Farm, at Islay’s West Coast. Machir Bay is their signature peated single malt, matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. The nose offers plenty of lemon zest, vanilla and floral tones. On the palate, flavours of tropical fruits and dried sultanas, with a touch of honey and smoke.
