Kenwood Artist Series Cabernet Sauvignon 1992 is a mature California Cabernet from the Sonoma County region. The Kenwood Winery was established on Highway 12 in the Sonoma town of Kenwood in 1970. The Artist Series Cabernet Sauvignon was first released in 1978. It followed a commission for local Sonoma artist David Lance Goines to create an original artwork for Kenwood`s 1975 reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 1978 the Artist Series Cabernet Sauvignon has featured a label that is redesigned each year to feature a new work of art. Notable artist whose work has appeared on the label include Joan Miró (1987 vintage), Pablo Picasso (1989), Henry Miller (1992) and Paul Klee (2006).
