This expression is part of a limited collection named after Asama, the active volcano near the legendary distillery, which ceased operations in 2000. The whisky comprises two vintages from 1999 and 2000, marking it as one of the last remaining outputs from this notable producer. The flavour profile showcases leather, raisins, and Brazil nuts, transitioning to deeper notes of resin, oloroso sherry, grape skins, and mixed nuts, reflecting the distillery`s complex character.
