One of the oldest distilleries on Martinique, J. Bally was established in 1917 by Jacques Bally. Inspired by the traditional techniques of Cognac and fine spirit, Bally started to age his rums in oak barrel before everyone else. Bottled at 45% ABV, this 7-year-old expression combines fresh sugarcane notes and warming oak influence, and it is presented in the unmistakable pyramid-shaped bottle.
