Vidal is a hybrid variety with thick skins, good natural acidity and luscious tropical flavours, which makes it ideal for the production of Icewine. This is a viscous and rich sweet wine fermented and matured in oak barrels and has delicious notes of apricot, peach and toasty vanilla spice. It would be delicious alongside roasted peaches or vanilla panacotta.
