Hermitage 25 Year Old Cacao is an age-statement Cognac produced in Grande Champagne and bottled by Hermitage. Hermitage Cognacs are a collection of very special, single-estate Cognacs and brandies that have been collected from the cellars of small producers. As suggested by the name, this release is dominated by a luxurious cacao character, which is complemented by notes of dark cherries, bay leaves, candied ginger and honeycomb.
