HeavenSake is a Franco-Japanese collaboration, developed with Régis Camus, winemaker of the Piper-Heidsieck champagne house since 1994 and in collaboration with some of the most respected sake breweries in Japan . The Junmai Daiginjo expression, from Dassai brewery, is bottled at 16% ABV. Delicately floral, grape, apple and lush tropical fruit. Vibrant, rich and aromatic early summer pears, wild red berries, Muscat grapes.
