Château-Grillet is a small wine estate spanning 3.5 hectares. The property was designated as a national heritage site in 1976 and was acquired by the French luxury goods tycoon, François Pinault, in 2011. The 2006 vintage offers an aromatic profile marked by smoky and waxy notes, accompanied by scents of apricot, quince, and lemon. On the palate, it presents richness and ripeness, balanced by a generous infusion of acidity that counteracts any viscosity.
