Situated in the Borderies region, Francois Giboin is a 6th generation cognac producer at his estate l’Hermitage, which dates back to 1830. At the heart of their range is this VSOP Réserve de l`Hermitage, an accomplished blend of 6, 7 and 8-year-old eaux-due-vie. The nose suggests rich vanilla aromas, comprised of creamy custard and the subtle hint of Crème Brûlée. The palate is marked by sweet grape flavours that gently evolve into the typical Borderies rancio.
