The Giboin family has been distilling Cognac since 1830, mainly from the Borderies region. Every year, 2,350-litre barrels are filled with freshly distilled spirit. These 2 barrels are then bottled as a Millesime bottling. This 1999 vintage expression reveals notes of vanilla, nutmeg, almonds and leather.
