This is a brilliantly vibrant and fresh white wine from the Basque coastal town of Getaria. It is made by the Txueka Etxaniz family, who have been dedicated to cultivating vines and making Txakoli wines for several generations. Vinified entirely in stainless steel with a short period of lees-aging, this blend of local varieties Hondarrabi Zuri (85%) and Hondarribi Beltza (15%) is the ideal partner to fresh seafood.
