This is a superb Riesling from the region of Pfalz made by Frank John and his family. Inspired by tradition, harvesting is done by hand in several stages to ensure optimal grape ripeness, fermentations are completed using natural yeasts, and maturation is for 1-2 years in barrel. The winery was awarded biodynamic certification in 2012.
