Zuccardi Fosil San Pablo Chardonnay 2020 is a medium-bodied single-vineyard Chardonnay made in the Uco Valley sub-region of Mendoza, Argentina. Produced by trailblazing Zuccardi family winemaker Sebastien Zuccardi, the San Pable Chardonnay sources fruit from the San Pablo vineyard Sebastián Zuccardi. Grapes for the wine are sourced from the high-altitude, calcareous San Pablo vineyard in the Uco Valley. The wine is fermented and aged in concrete tanks. Crisp and elegant with a minerally citrus-led palate, bright acidity and creamy lees.
