Figeac Half 2010

Château Figeac was the only estate to be upgraded to Premier Grand Cru Classé A in the 2022 classification of Saint-Émilion. Owned by the Manoncourt family since 1892, this fine estate traces its history back to the Roman era. Today, the property spans approximately 40 hectares of vineyards, with the majority of the grapes going into the celebrated Grand Vin, a classic style of Saint-Émilion with wonderful texture and tannic power. Elegant, refined, fresh, and vibrant, the 2010 vintage opens with roses, cigar wrappers, forest leaves, red plums, and black cherries. Soft, lifted and with a good sense of balance, length, and purity, the wine has just entered its optimal drinking window.
