L`Esprit de Pavie was first introduced in 2008, a creation of the visionary Gerard Perse, owner of high-profile estates such Château Pavie and Château Bellevue-Mondotte. The 2018 vintage is a blend composed of 65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Expect notes of purple flowers and liquorice, accompanied by dark red berries on both the nose and palate.
