Sourced from Brochet’s meticulously tended vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, the wine reflects both the quality of the vintage and the unique terroir of the region. In the winery, fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matures on its lees for an extended period, gaining richness and complexity.
