Pago de los Capellanes is a premium winery in the Burgos district of the Ribera del Duero D.O. El Nogal is made from 100% Tempranillo from a single estate in the village of Pedrosa de Duero and is aged for 18 months in French oak casks. The 2010 is full-bodied and intense yet seamlessly balanced with excellent integration of fruit and oak.
