Edinburgh Gin 1670

Based in Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh Gin is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Jane and Alex Nicol. This limited-edition release was the result of a partnership with the local Royal Botanic Garden and named in honour of the year that it was founded as a physic garden. This unique, tailor-made London Dry gin uses lesser-known botanicals such as Piper Leaf, Tasmannia Lanceolata Leaf and Tasmanian Mountain Pepper.
