Bouchard Père & Fils is a long-standing wine estate dating back to 1731. It is also one of the largest landowners in the Côte d’Or, with vineyard holdings totalling approximately 130 hectares. This particular release comes Échezeaux, the prestigious Grand Cru where Bouchard owns a small 0.39-hectare parcel. Matured for 12-14 months in 45% new oak, the wines from this appellation tend to offer intense notes of red fruit and spices intertwined with oaky hints.
