This 2021 vintage of Columella is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Tinta Barroca. The wine boasts remarkable freshness, with its 24 months of maturation in aged casks leaving just subtle traces. On the nose, velvety, spiced herbal notes reminiscent of the native flora, complemented by fragrant violets. Its aromatic profile delves into deeper, darker layers, with hints of graphite, black olives, and cedarwood. The wine`s structure is impeccably seamless, as the tannins gracefully meld into the acidity.
