Despite the long ageing in bottle, this Dom Perignon shows a surprising freshness on the nose and palate. Subtle aromas of marzipan, peaches and candied lemon peel open up in the glass. A lively acidity tingles the taste buds and give way to a smooth mouthfeel. On the finish, a delicate saltiness with notes of hazelnuts.
