Established in 1838 by Germans William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, Deutz is a champagne house which established its reputation on quality and discretion. This cuvée de prestige is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier. The wine is astonishingly youthful and vibrant despite the number of years ageing in bottle. The palate reveals dried lemons and green apples, edgy acidity and a fresh, creamy mousse.
