That Boutique-y Whisky Company has independently bottled this 4-year-old German single malt from the Destillerie Ralf Hauer. The whisky was matured in an ex-sherry cask, before finishing in a bourbon cask. The nose presents herbal notes of pine and earthy forest floor, wintery oak spice, and some salinity. The palate is rich, with oaken vanilla, creamy barley and peppery spices.
