This expression is distinctively crafted using yeast isolated from the Burgundy region of France, resulting in a unique fermentation process. Bottled at 42% ABV, it presents a mouth-feel that is notably rich and a finish that lingers. Tasting notes include mandarin, cashew nut, cocoa butter, and the sweet characteristics of slow-roast Altos agave. Suitable for sipping neat or mixing in cocktails.
