Douloufakis Dafnios Liatiko 2021 is a medium-bodied red wine produced from Liatiko grapes on the Greek island of Crete. Liatiko is the flagship red grape variety and this one from the Daouloufakis family winery in Dafnes, Crete, is a benchmark example. Aged in a combination of large oak puncheons and small barriques, it exhibits bitter-sweet dark cherry and plum fruit and mace-like spice. Crisp acidity and soft tannins make this an eminently chillable Greek red.
