An indie bottling from Alistair Walker for the `Infrequent Flyers` series. This peated expression from the Loch Lomond distillery was finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon. Sweet spice and brown sugar on the nose, a sherried palate with dollops of treacle and a haze of peat which gives a gentle spice to the lingering finish.
