This is a still wine from famous Sussex sparkling wine producers Rathfinny Estate located in the South Downs National Park. 2018 was an outstanding year for English wines and the never ending sunny and warm summer produced wonderfully ripe grapes. This is an equal blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris fermented in stainless steel tanks with loads of ripe fruit on the nose and a touch of white pepper on the side. Lemons, limes, ripe pear and white peach with a long saline finish. This will pair so well with spicy Thai dishes or a fresh plate of Spaghetti alle vongole.
