Description
Taking its name `Lavan` from the Hebrew word for `white`, here is an exciting 100% Chardonnay comes from the 10-acre Scopus Vineyard at the top of Sonoma Mountain. Barrel fermented in French oak (10% new), followed by 16 months aging in French oak, this is a wonderfully Burgundian style white.
