Aged for up to 24 months in oak barrels, with 20% new wood, this vintage displays a profile of pepper, smoked herbs, black currants, and liquorice. The 1996 vintage reflects the challenges of its era, yet it remains a study in restraint and depth, evolving gracefully over time.
