Cos Pithos Rosso 2021

Cos Pithos Rosso 2021 is a medium-bodied red wine produced from Nero d`Avola and Frappato grapes in the Vittoria sub-region of Sicily. Founded by three friends – Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strano and Giusto Occhipinti – in 1980, Azienda Agricola COS is one of the most renowned artisan wine estates in Sicily. The estate`s Pithos range is matured in Georgian qvevri and each wine in the range is notable for its extraordinary fruit purity and grape typicity. This wine is packed with red fruits and blueberries on the palate, with hints of tobacco and dried herbs notes, and a refreshing acidity.
