This white wine has remarkably pure aromas complemented by a soft roundness. A typical expression of 100% Viognier grapes (from 30 year old vines) with aromas of white peach and apricot. Aged in 100% new oak. Brilliant clear golden yellow in the glass. On the nose intensely floral (violets) and fruity (apricot, peaches and citrus) character. Fresh and round on the palate. Rich, unctuous and full bodied. Harmonious with light acidity and round fleshy fruits. Delicate and elegant, this wine is perfect as an apéritif or paired with foie gras, truffle dishes and delicate fish.
